My passion for aviation started after visiting the USS Midway(CV-41) back round 1986 in Sydney.
The ship is huge and had F-4 Phantoms among many other aircraft onboard.

When we moved to Stockholm later i joined "flygpojkarna" at F16 (Swedish Airforce) a
project for young kids intressted in military aviation. It was loads of fun.

Refuling with subzero temp fuel is a freezing experience.
Because bensin doesn't freeze at zero(C) the constant flow
keeps the temp of the metal parts of the fuel nozzle subzero
which makes it very cold to hold! Gloves are prefered!
